Perfume Bay will now have to change the name of their company because multiple rulings in U.S. courts have upheld that eBay owns the word 'Bay' and nobody else can use it.
"A company whose name sounds like eBay Inc.'s has lost its appeal of a court ruling that protected the online auctioneer from "trademark dilution" by e-commerce rivals with similar-sounding names."
Does that mean I can't open up my company Microapplazontubespace Bay?
